Substitutes and Mentors (part-time, SY 2026/27)

CCS is always looking to expand our Substitute roster. We seek those willing to work with any selection of grades K-12 and subject areas, including Math, Science, Language Arts, and Social Studies, as well as Specials such as Music, Tech, SEL, PE, Greenhouse, and Art. Expertise in these areas is not required, but an ability to follow provided substitute plans with flexibility (and sometimes creativity) is required. Substitutes are offered work on an as needed basis, usually the day of, with accepting or declining needed promptly, based on your availability. 

At the beginning of each Semester (August and December), CCS seeks mentorship opportunities for our HS students. This semester-long commitment allows you to explore a personal passion and area of expertise with a small group of curious HS students for 2-4 hours/week (plus 1-2 hours of prep time) with pay according to our Hourly Pay Schedule for SY 26/27.
